I am a scholar and academic administrator whose work centers LGBTQ+ inclusion, gender, and health equity across research, education, and policy. I build and lead complex, federally funded programs that integrate implementation-focused research, provider education, and community-level intervention. My scholarship addresses LGBTQ+ health, transgender experiences, sexual abuse prevention, and the policy and systems factors shaping health outcomes. I bring strengths-based leadership, operational discipline, and a sustained commitment to equity-centered institutional change.

I partner selectively with organizations, leaders, academics, and students who seek to implement meaningful change and advance their missions through research-informed practices.
